1. Acceptance and Scope of Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Slim Science website (the "Site") and finalizing a requisition contract, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Researcher" or "Purchaser") and Slim Science (the "Supplier").

2. Professional Verification and Representation

By executing an order on this Site, the Purchaser warrants and represents that they are over the age of 18, reside within the Republic of South Africa, and possess the necessary technical qualifications, laboratory equipment, and facilities to safely handle, store, and utilize these chemical research compounds.

The Purchaser acknowledges that these materials are hazardous and agree to comply with all relevant environmental, health, and occupational safety regulations applicable under South African law.

3. Reconstitution, Titration, and SAHPRA Compliance

All compounds are supplied in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state to maintain molecular stability. Slim Science provides standard reconstitution guidance for laboratory purposes. These descriptions and equations are for informational purposes only. These products have not been reviewed or evaluated by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA).

4. Cold-Chain Logistics and Dispatch Protocol

Peptides are highly temperature-sensitive. To prevent thermal denaturation, all dispatches are handled strictly under insulated cold-chain conditions. Shipments are dispatched Monday through Thursday via overnight courier partners. No shipments are dispatched on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays to prevent packages from remaining in unmonitored transit depots.

The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that a qualified recipient is present at the physical delivery address to receive and immediately refrigerate the compounds upon arrival.

5. Payment and Bank Transfers (EFT)

Slim Science operates on a direct, secure Bank Transfer (EFT) payment framework to bypass transaction holds associated with traditional e-commerce payment merchants. Orders are not queued for synthesis or packaging until funds have fully cleared into our designated business bank account. Proof of Payment (POP) submissions are used for scheduling purposes only; dispatch is contingent on full clearance of funds.

6. No-Return and Refund Limitation

Due to the sterile requirements and temperature-sensitive nature of lyophilized peptide formulations, all sales are final. Slim Science cannot accept returns, resells, or exchanges once the compounds have left our controlled laboratory environment. This ensures 100% chain-of-custody integrity for all our clients.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Under no circumstances shall Slim Science, its synthesis technicians, or directors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the improper handling, storage, or application of these research compounds. The Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Slim Science from any third-party claims or liabilities arising from the misuse of these products.
